Parks Crew Leader
The Town of Arlington is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a full time Crew Leader position to join our Parks Department. The employee performs and supervises skilled/manual work functions related to maintenance and operation of the Parks facilities including caring for, cleaning, clearing, and improving grounds and park amenities while ensuring compliance with recreational goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. The employee will perform duties necessary to train, direct and perform unskilled and skilled work in all phases of the Parks field. Employee must be able to work independently as well as manage a staff greater than five (5). Afterhours on-call rotation required. Pay range depending on experience. Must pass a background check, driver’s license check and physical exam, including a drug screen. Will work in a non-smoking environment.
