Maintenance Institute

Pre-registration is now closed so that staff can have everything prepared for you.  A limited number of spaces are still available for the Maintenance Institute.  If you have not registered yet, please call us at 615-790-0041 for registration assistance.

Please note all meals must be guaranteed by November 1.  We cannot make any additional meals available after October 31, 2022.

Registration for Maintenance Institute includes classes, and Monday lunch and dinner.  Maintenance Institute classes and Games are open to full conference delegates as well but lunch is an additional fee.

Terms and Conditions
TRPA is committed to the health and safety of all our participants. By registering and attending this TRPA event, participants agree to abide by and engage in specific health and safety protocols and beneficial conduct while attending the event as directed by the facility and TRPA staff. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing a mask in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing behaviors, and not attending the event if you feel ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases. These requirements may change based on the event industry standards, CDC recommendations, Government Regulations, and WHO recommendations at the time of the event.

TRPA has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff members at our events. If you notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a staff member or TRPA Board member as soon as possible. The TRPA team will be available to assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior so that all participants feel safe for the duration of the event.

By registering for and participating in this event you agree to hold TRPA, its agents, volunteers, Board, and employees harmless for any and all incidents associated with this event. You also agree that you are responsible for any activities you participate in.
